Mint Cream is a naturally extracted tobacco liquid from White Note, built on Kentucky leaf with sweet liquorice notes, cocoa and a crisp mint cream over the top. The mint is a finishing layer rather than a menthol blast, so this reads as a tobacco liquid first and a mint one second.

The naturally extracted method is what sets these apart from tobacco flavourings: the leaf is steeped rather than recreated, which gives a rounder, slightly earthy taste and a noticeably darker liquid in the bottle. At 50/50 VG/PG it is thin enough for mouth-to-lung tanks and pods, and it is Swiss-made freebase nicotine, offered from 0 mg up to 12 mg. Note that naturally extracted tobacco liquids do darken coils faster than clear flavourings; that is normal and not a fault.
