Milo 4

The Milo 4 is sold here as a cartridge, chosen by flavour, with an empty-cartridge option alongside the pre-filled ones. That last option is the useful part: it means the system is not closed. If you already have a bottle you like, or a flavour that is not on the list, you can fill your own rather than being limited to what the manufacturer offers.

The flavour range itself is broader than most cartridge systems manage, and it covers four distinct territories rather than the usual wall of sweet fruit. There are two tobaccos, Cuban and Tobacco Sweet, which is unusual in a cartridge line and worth knowing if you are moving over from cigarettes. There are three mints and iced options — Mint, Mighty Mint, Lush Ice and Ice Watermelon — which cover everything from a plain leaf to a heavy cooling agent. Coffee and Pound Cake sit on their own as the non-fruit, non-mint choices. The rest is fruit, from single notes such as Red Apple through to the mixed Quadberry and Tropical Fruit Mix. If you are buying several, a sensible approach is one mint, one fruit and one tobacco or dessert, so you have something to rotate between when your palate dulls. We have not listed capacity, resistance or nicotine strength for this product because those figures are not confirmed in our own records, and we would rather leave them out than print a number that turns out to be wrong.
