Aspire Cleito Exo Tank

The Aspire Cleito EXO is a sub-ohm tank with a 3.5 ml capacity and a redesigned airflow system in which the slots sit wide open on the top of the tank. Air enters from above and travels down past the coil, which is the arrangement that makes top-airflow tanks so resistant to leaking: with no intake at the base, there is nowhere for liquid to seep out when the tank is knocked over or left in a warm car.

The other distinguishing feature is the metal exoskeleton wrapped around the glass. Sub-ohm tanks nearly always fail the same way, by cracking the glass on a drop, and the EXO's frame takes that impact while leaving a viewing window so you can still see your liquid level. It fills from the top and takes a wide bore drip tip, both standard for direct-lung use. Two coils are supplied so you can compare them: the 0.16 ohm head comes pre-installed and is the higher-power, higher-vapour option, while the 0.4 ohm runs cooler and is the sensible choice if you want the tank to last longer between refills. Use low-strength liquid in either; sub-ohm resistances deliver far more vapour per puff than a pod, so nicotine salts are not appropriate here.
