Red Energy Ice is Element's energy drink flavour in the Pure salt range, a 30ml bottle built around the familiar sweet-tart citrus and berry character of a canned energy drink, with a cold finish over the top. It is one of the few flavours in vaping where the reference point is a specific drink rather than a fruit, which makes it easy to judge before you buy.

The cooling is doing more work here than it does in a fruit liquid. Energy drink flavours are heavy on sweetness and a slightly medicinal tang, and without something cold behind them they become tiring within half a tank; the ice cuts through and keeps each draw clean.
