The coil is built into the pod rather than being separately replaceable, so changing the pod is how you restore flavour on this device, and the manufacturer rates each one for refilling up to about five times.

That refill figure is the useful planning number. Two pods at roughly five fills each means a pack covers around ten tank-fills of ordinary use, which for most people is a few weeks rather than a few days. The pods are designed to work with any e-liquid, though a 0.9ohm mesh coil is happiest with a balanced or moderately high-VG mix rather than a very thick one, and nicotine salts at pod strengths suit it well. Prime a new pod by leaving it filled for several minutes before the first draw; firing a dry wick is the quickest way to ruin one of these. Buying two packs at a time is sensible with an integrated-coil device, because a failed pod takes the whole kit out of use until you have a replacement, and there is no coil you can swap in to get it running again in the meantime.
