These are the factory replacement coils for the Famovape Magma AIO, supplied five to a pack in two resistances so you can set the kit up for the draw you prefer. The 0.4ohm mesh head is built for 20-40W and gives the fuller, warmer vapour of a direct-lung setup, while the 1.2ohm regular head runs at 8-15W and suits a tighter mouth-to-lung draw on higher nicotine liquids.

Choosing between the two is really a choice about liquid. The 0.4ohm mesh wants a high-VG shortfill at 3mg or so and will get through it quickly; the 1.2ohm coil is the one to fit if you are using nicotine salts, because it sips liquid and keeps the strength manageable. Mesh generally gives a cleaner reading of a flavour and lasts a little longer between changes, but neither is permanent. Prime a new coil by wetting the wicking ports, leave the filled pod to stand for five minutes, and take a few gentle draws with the device off before firing it properly. Signs that a coil has reached the end are consistent and easy to read: flavour flattens first, then the vapour thins, and finally a faint burnt edge appears on the exhale. Changing at the first stage rather than the last keeps the experience good and avoids the harsh draw that puts people off a kit unnecessarily.
