The iJoy Diamond PD270 is a dual-cell box mod supplied with the 25mm Captain X3S sub-ohm tank. It runs two 20700 batteries, sold separately, or two 18650s using the sleeve adapters in the box, and the faceted body is the reason for the name: the angled panels are more than decoration, giving the mod a grip that a plain rectangular device does not have.

It is a high-power device with a full temperature control suite, running from 200 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with nickel, titanium and stainless steel support and TCR adjustment, and it will fire down to 0.06ohm. The quad-magnet battery door is the detail worth noting on a dual-cell mod, since a door that holds properly is what keeps the cells seated and the contacts consistent. The Captain X3S tank holds 4.2ml, has a sliding retractable top fill and dual bottom airflow slots, and takes the X3 coils: the 0.4ohm X3-C1 dual coil rated for 60 to 90W, or the 0.3ohm X3-C2 sextuple coil rated for 60 to 100W, which gives a warmer, denser draw but gets through liquid faster. Temperature control requires nickel, titanium or stainless steel coils.
