Geekvape Aegis Boost Replacement Coils (5PCS/Pack)

These are the mesh replacement coils for the Aegis Boost family, sold five to a pack. They are Kanthal A1 mesh heads that press straight into the pod with no threading, and they fit the Aegis Boost, the Boost Plus and the Aegis Hero pod cartridges. Mesh heats more evenly than round wire, which is why these ramp up quickly and hold flavour consistently through a tank.

Three resistances are stocked. The 0.6ohm is rated 15-25W and gives the tightest, coolest draw of the three, which suits nicotine salts and mouth-to-lung vaping. The 0.4ohm is rated 25-33W and runs warmer with a looser, more restricted-lung draw. The 0.3ohm is the lowest-resistance option and is the one to pick if you want the warmest vape at the top of your device's range. Prime a new head with a few drops of liquid and leave it to soak for five minutes before firing. Coil life depends far more on the liquid than the coil itself. Heavily sweetened dessert flavours caramelise on mesh and dull the taste within a few days, while lighter tobacco and menthol liquids will often run a fortnight on a single head.
