Smok Novo 2 Replacement Pods (3pack)

These are replacement pods for the SMOK Novo 2, sold three to a pack. Each is a 2ml refillable plastic cartridge with the coil built in, so a spent pod is replaced whole rather than rebuilt. Usefully, the original Novo pods and the Novo 2 pods are interchangeable, which means a pack bought for one device will work in the other — worth knowing if you own both or are replacing pods for an older kit.

The choice between the three versions is really a choice of draw. The 1.0ohm mesh pod is the loosest and warmest of the set, closer to a shisha-style draw, and it produces more vapour and gets through liquid faster; it pairs best with lower-strength e-liquid. The 1.4ohm DC MTL pod is the tighter, cigarette-style option, cooler and more restrictive, and it is the one to use with higher-strength salt nicotine. The 1.4ohm quartz version shares that tighter draw but uses a different wicking construction. If you are unsure, the 1.4ohm MTL is the safer default for anyone who switched over from smoking.

As with any built-in-coil pod, life depends heavily on the liquid you put through it. Dark, heavily sweetened flavours will shorten it noticeably; simple menthols and light fruits will get you much further. Prime a new pod by letting it stand filled for a few minutes before the first draw.
