LP1 Replacement Coils (5pcs/pack) For Smok Novo 4

The SMOK LP1 is the replacement coil series for the Novo 4, sold here in packs of five. It installs by press-fit into the base of the pod rather than a screw thread, and the three silicone rings around the body are there specifically to seal against the pod walls, which is the part of the design earlier coil generations struggled with.

Two heads are stocked. The 0.8ohm meshed coil uses a mesh heating element across a recommended 12W to 15W and gives the softer, rounder flavour of the pair, with slightly more vapour. The 0.8ohm DC MTL coil runs in the same 12W to 15W window but produces less vapour and a tighter, more concentrated taste, which suits nicotine salts and tobacco blends. In practice that is the choice worth thinking about: if you are refilling with a salt liquid and want the draw to stay cigarette-like, take the DC MTL head; if you are running a fruit or dessert freebase liquid and want the flavour opened up, take the meshed. Coils are consumables, and how long one lasts depends far more on what you run through it than on the coil itself, with heavily sweetened liquids shortening that life considerably, so a five-pack is the sensible way to buy them.
